The MT Department of Labor is continuing to inspect Montana schools. The MSPLIP has a webpage with tools that can be immediately implemented to help our clients schools address a wide range of topics. These tools will help our clients implement and maintain a safe and compliant educational environment. The topics also serve to address many of the exceptions that have been noted in DOL audits.
