My name is Shay Baize and I am thrilled to join the MASBO team! I have been a Business Manager for 12 years and loved every minute of it. Over the years in “the biz” I have met some amazing people and formed some very strong bonds. Although my former school district still holds a special place in my heart, I could not be more excited about this new chapter. I truly believe that Montana SBO’s are “my people” and I cannot wait to be able to meet more of you and help you along the way. As SBO’s, we are lucky to have such an amazing association that is full of so many hard working and talented members!
My family and I live in Lima, Montana. My husband, Scott, and I have 2 kids- Bailee (10) and Bryce (8). We enjoy all things outdoors- camping, fishing, paddle boarding, hiking, gardening, skiing and hanging out with the ones we love. I look forward to meeting and helping more of “my people”, so please don’t hesitate to contact me if you ever need anything or have any questions!
